By installing, accessing, or using Myatlastic ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (13 in the US, 13 in the UK, 16 in most EU countries), a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Myatlastic is an interactive geography reference and learning app covering 195 countries. We provide reference content, quiz games, daily challenges, and a comparison tool. Content is for general educational and reference use.
Myatlastic is free to use with limited features. A paid subscription ("Myatlastic Pro") unlocks the full feature set.
App-based subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google account. To cancel, use the App Store or Google Play subscription management settings. We do not control or process payment refunds for consumer subscriptions — contact Apple or Google.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Country information is curated from publicly available sources including Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, and official government publications. Histories are deliberately brief summaries and not exhaustive. We aim for accuracy but the world changes; if you spot an error, please email support@myatlastic.com.
Country flag emoji are part of the Unicode standard. Landmark images are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their respective Creative Commons or public domain licences. Attribution and licence information is preserved in the image source URLs.

Myatlastic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the content. For consequential decisions (travel, business, legal), please consult authoritative sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myatlastic's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted in the app and via email if you've subscribed for a paid plan. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud. On termination, your access to paid features ends; any unused subscription period is non-refundable except where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers in other jurisdictions retain the rights granted by their local consumer protection law.
