By installing, accessing, or using Myatlastic ("the service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. If you are under the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction (13 in the US, 13 in the UK, 16 in most EU countries), a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.
Myatlastic is an interactive geography reference and learning app covering 195 countries. We provide a 3D globe, country facts, spoken tours and phrases in local languages, a passport collection, a quiz, a puzzle and a comparison tool. Content is for general educational and reference use.
Myatlastic is free to use. The globe, country facts, spoken tours, phrasebook and passports are free for everyone.
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. We do not handle payments or refunds; to ask for a refund, contact Apple or Google.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are no longer sold. If you already have one, it keeps working and keeps unlocking everything it did, until it ends. It renews unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date, in your Apple ID or Google account subscription settings.
Country information is curated from publicly available sources including Wikipedia, Wikimedia Commons, and official government publications. Histories are deliberately brief summaries and not exhaustive. We aim for accuracy but the world changes; if you spot an error, please email support@myatlastic.com.
Flag images are public-domain artwork. Landmark photos and passport covers are sourced from Wikimedia Commons under their respective Creative Commons or public domain licences; attribution and licence information is preserved in the image source URLs.
Spoken tours and phrases are the app's own text, read aloud by computer-generated voices from our speech providers (xAI and Microsoft Azure). Translations and pronunciations aim to be accurate but may not be perfect.

Myatlastic is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, or up to date. We are not liable for any decisions you make based on the content. For consequential decisions (travel, business, legal), please consult authoritative sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myatlastic's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted in the app and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in fraud. Refunds for purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies, except where the law requires otherwise.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers in other jurisdictions retain the rights granted by their local consumer protection law.
